How to make Chinese Rice

Ingredients

  • Rice: 1 kg boiled on 1 grain
  • Chicken 1 boneless leg, small pieces
  • Capsicum .. .. 2 slices cut
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • pea……………… Half a cup
  • Patato medium size 1 no
  • Cabbage Small 1 number
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Oil: half a cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Chinese salt: 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Heat oil in a pot and add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  • Then add chicken to it and fry until the water dries up.
  • Now add all the vegetables and also add all the ingredients.
  • When the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the rice to it and put it on the tail.
  • After that serve hot.

How To Make Chinese Fried Rice With Egg

Ingredients:

  • Rice: 1 cup
  • Carrot: 1 medium.
  • Green onion: 2 pcs
  • Chilli: 1 tsp
  • Sugar salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Eggs

Method

  • Add salt to the rice and put it on the stove to boil.
  • Fry the chopped onions in a pan in hot oil until they turn light brown.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and sugar and mix again.
  • Mix the beaten eggs into the brown onions.
  • After the eggs are cooked, add chopped green onions and soy sauce.
  • Then add capsicum and carrot and cook on high flame.
  • When the carrot liquid dries up, add salt, black pepper, and sugar salt and mix well.
  • Now add boiled rice to it and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the green onion leaves and keep them for 10 minutes on low heat to dam (steam).
  • Delicious Egg Fried Rice is ready.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve Chinese fried rice with egg.
